The website was needing upgrade in many ways. It needed to adhere to WCAG guidelines 2.0. The User Interface was dated and not at par with industry standard. It needed to align with Government compliance changes. The user flow was broken and needed an upgrade in its Information Architecture. The website did not keep up with the Brand Guideline changes.

I user UserZoom tool by User Testing platform. Over the period of time I have performed Moderated and Un-Moderated tests, A/B test, Click test, Navigation test, Surveys, Think-out-loud tests and also have generated heat maps for the UI. Usually, I analyze the data from the test and present it to the stakeholders and subject matter experts.
